New Work Preview

"There is one spectacle grander than the sea, that is the sky; there is one spectacle grander than the sky, that is the interior of the soul."

I have been working on this necklace for a long time. It needed time to evolve I think. I finally finished the beaded part of turquoise, fresh water pearls and aquamarine two days ago and took pictures yesterday.

Inspired by the sea in which the larimar stone is found I created this necklace to showcase this stunning stone. Larimar is said to be a very powerful stone. It is often called the Dolphin or Atlantis stone. It is found only in one place in the world in the Carribean sea. It is a beautiful blue and white. Larimar is believed to facilitate inner wisdom, channel healing energies, and brings calm to the wearer. It is also said to draw one's soulmate. This Larimar stone is a beautiful and a mystical stone.

Every drop in the ocean counts.

Butterfly and Turquoise Necklace in Sterling Silver.

This is a very long necklace. I created the butterfly piece at the shop a couple of weeks ago. The butterfly seemed to need a resting place so I added it to the small window. It is attached to the three strands of 2mm turquoise. It is a simple and elegant necklace. Butterflies symbolize transformation and is associated with our souls. Many believe the Turquoise stone is sacred including Native Americans. It is said to help you become one with the universe.

Both of these necklaces I will list in my etsy shop hopefully tomorrow. They are both one of a kind necklaces.
